If you are a limited company in the Scotland then your web design must display certain information. In fact this is not just restricted to Scotland, it covers the whole UK.

When selecting your web design you need to check that each page includes the required information. This information includes your company registration number, place of registration and registered office address. The information must also be included in the footer of emails and order forms.

Your web design must not just display the information, it must be in legible characters and easy to access and read. Including this information is not difficult particularly if you are using a template as part of your web design. Simply place the information into the footer and it will appear on all pages.

As a limited company in Scotland you need to ensure that all your online activities meet legislative requirements in the same manner as your off-line business - this includes your web design.
