Can I Contact You
Many web sites lack the one feature that could make a huge difference between closing a sale and having the customer go elsewhere and that is a contact point. I see many sites with postal addresses and many with telephone numbers. However, I may live in Mexico or Australia so snail mail is out and so to is the telephone.
Blogs can often be good communication vehicles, however they could be a little too public for some questions.
Your two best options are either a contact form that enables the visitor to send a question to you, or to have an email link, or published email address available.
Without that one important contact point your web site is incomplete. Providing an avenue of contact is a must for today’s successful websites so if you don’t have one in place – do so, even if it is simply publishing an admin@yourwebsite email address for visitors to use.
